How Long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow for 2 to 4 weeks except favors containing confectionery we recommend the order been dispatched 1 to 2 weeks prior to your big event.
How much is posting and packaging?
Allow for 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, Standard delivery is €9.99 an orders over certain weight an additional fee will be applied. Any larger items will be sent throught Fastway couriers for a flat rate of €10.00. All orders must be signed for.
Payment Options?
We accept Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa/Laser) we also except paypal, cheques payable to Alora's Wedding Emporium only euro and cash. No orders will be processed before payment has been cleared.
Are my Credit card/Laser card purchases safe and will my personal information be disclosed to anyone?
We use a secure server that is well encripted but should you be worried just phone your order in we accept payment through the phone.We would never disclose any personal information at Alora's Wedding Emporium
What happens if I receive my order and its faulty or I received the wrong item?
We will exchange or refund the damaged good/s once returned to us for further inspection.We will exchange the item should you receive the wrong one for the correct one, once the item has been returned to us we will dispatch the original item wanted.
What happens if I dont like the product, Can I have a refund?
We have a 7 day cooling off period, should you want a refund with in those 7 days and you return the item to us we will issue the refund only if the item is unused and in a resalable condition within its original packaging. Any items that has been made for i.e flowergirl dresses/suits/printed favors etc will not be taken back without a valid reason. You are responsible for the costs incoured of returning the item.
